Hi Amit, scholarships are offered by the universities abroad mainly on the basis of merit and/or financial income. Mainly they will see how good your profile is, how high your marks are, etc. Your application will be considered automatically at the time of application. Different universities may require a test but it will all depend on the university. Please check the university's website for scholarship details.
