of the subjects, preferably in combination with Physics and Mathematics. ( 5 % relaxation for SC/ST/PH candidates).
So you need a minimum of 60% of marks in graduation for eligibility.

If you have the right college by your side, then it does not matter which stream you choose. The choice should be according to interest as well as your future plans. Both IT and CSE are good streams in term of future scope. Consequently, make your choice as per your interest area.

It is difficult to rate since MS programs are really selective, also it depends if you are applying to a research based or coursework based MS. 77% is alright but may not be enough. Apply with a strong application, solid LORs, projects, publications etc. will be considered. Good Luck with it.

Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do proper analysis of articles on editorial page. Try to make summary of articles that you read para by para. But reading newspaper won't be sufficient. Start solving RCs on a regular basis with proper analysis.

No that would depend on college you are trying to get into. Various Colleges have varying requirements, but to get into prestigious institutions like Banaras Hindu University, Chandigarh University, ISBR Business School, etc., you would have to give an entrance exam.
