Indira Institute of Management, Pune is a better option because it has a good ranking in terms of infrastructure, placement and faculty.
Many companies visit this college for placement and around 70% students gets placed. You should go for this institute.

Ou just need a 12th certificate and the minimum marks depends on the university in which you are seeking admission
NOTE: Graduation is not required, You can directly opt for BA.LLB( Integrated Course) directly after 12th, It saves your 1 year as :-
Graduation:- 3 yrs
Law :- 3 Yrs
Total:- 6 yrs
On the other Hand the Integrated Law course (BA.LLB) or (BBA.LLB) is 5 years

Hi Mayank,
For being eligible to apply for MCA, you have to have mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or statistics as one of the subjects at graduation level. If you fulfil these criteria you are eligible for MCA.
As far as other information regarding MCA is concerned, we would like to state that most of the entrance tests are conducted in April or May. Notifications are out in January or February.
