Yes, you can easily get this college at this rank but as the seats are quite low for this branch then it would be possible that you to wait for the last round for the counselling but at this rank you will definitely get this college.

Yes, it's possible. The eligibility criteria of B.E Information Science and Engineering is given below. Eligibility : Candidate must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised state or central board with at least 55% (relaxable for reserved category candidates) of the marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the major subjects of study. Admission criteria : Most of the Institute give admissions through Common Entrance Test (CET) (like JEE Main, UPSEE). To get admissions in these institutes candidates would have to qualify the respective entrance exam by securing minimum qualifying marks.

No it will not be possible. you rank would be around 50k which is not sufficient for getting ME in NSIT. ME closed at 20k last year so it would not be possible to get admission for ME.
