Maharaja Surajmal is better among all, as the college has one of the best campuses in IPU.
MSI has a faculty which is diverse too. You will find teachers to be really good at their subjects.
But, one thing they all have in common is that they all encourage you to take part in activities and organize events. They will guide you in any way possible and most of them are really cooperative too.
On the website of MSI, you will find a list of all companies which came to MSI and recruited the students.
MSI has a 5-storey building which is in a good condition. All the classrooms are clean and many of them have projectors and ACs. This MSI building is connected to MSIT building which is a 6- storey building and has a common canteen with a lot of space to eat.

You can reappear for 12th if you have confidence that you can score more than present. Or you can go for 3 year Diploma on the basis of 10th Standard Percentage. The Choice is yours. Its not about value it's about if you really wanna do that or not. If you really wanna do Engineering and have passion and interest in that you can go for Engineering or can change you career stream. You can either choose Diploma then Degree or you can reappear for 12th. Also please analyse why you scored so low. Ask yourself if you really have interest in Science Stream or you selected it beacuse of peer pressure and family pressure. See this analysis is important for your betterment. Please don't go for a branch you don't have interest in. Reappearing for 12th is good option. Do well and Score good. Also give JEE Mains again and try to Score good in that.

First time recruiters were Tech Mahindra, Al Mazroui, Centre for Development of Telematics (C-Dot) and Oyo Rooms. Other key recruiters were Titan, Ford, ICICI Bank, Ford, McKinsey and Company, Accenture, Cisco, Federal Bank and RBS to name a few.

From there, I would recommend this. Learn C and C+ or something similar. Then, you can just work on building your projects. There is a good deal of support for C (it has been around a long time and is still one of the most popular languages), so you can usually get help within a matter of minutes or hours depending on the complexity of the problem.

EDIT: I forgot to mention YouTube. You can learn just about anything you might want to do in C/C+ on there. There are countless tutorials and even channels that focus solely on that language. Check it out when you are working on a project. Chances are good that someone, somewhere has done something similar.
