Although, there is no specific course by the name of Engineering Management, but there are Institute like NITIE where you may find courses specifically for Engineers. You can even look at IITs like IIT Mumbai where you may find courses specifically designed for Engineers. For more information check the links below:

Hello Vindhya,Good Afternoon. Admission in M.Ed is through entrance exam by university. There is a restriction in doing M.Ed through distance learning if you are planning to do that from universities other than IGNOU or BRAOU.

it Doesn't Depend upon State it Depends Upon College. if your getting some Good or Even Average College then better do in MP. As UP Tech is really not a Good University from Which more than 500 College is Affiliated. So better if you are getting some good college then do it from MP.
