You an register for CA Foundation and attempt the CA-CPT, which is the entrance for CA Exams. 12th pass is required to attend the entance.
On clearing CA-CPT, you can enrol for CA-IPCC (Intermediate Level), complete 2.5 to 3 years articleship, give your CA-Final exams and qualify.

All depends on the reputation of the college and the platform and exposure it offers. Check the placement record of the univ and there you will find the pay packages also. Check from other sites also like LPU, GALGOTIA etc

PGDM stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Management, the confusion starts when you see the term Diploma. Many students are of the view that it is a Diploma course and not a Degree. You are right to an extent that it is a Diploma.
