There is no comparison between MBA & Engineering. As one is a PG course and the other is a Graduation course. Both the qualifications offer expertise in separate skills sets. A lot would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations and is based on it. You should explore your academic options.

Their are 4 rounds :
*GD
*What
*PI round 1
*PI round 2 (Director of GIM takes this round)
*Final spot selection after you clear all rounds. Perks : The cutoff percentile is usually low as you just need to fulfill minimum criteria in CAT/CAT/CMAT/GMAT. For GD/What, the topic is same but we first need to discuss and then write it as a What topic under 15 minutes.
Good luck.

Give equal importance to all the subjects.
*Just make sure you complete your syllabus at least 2 months before your attempt) for revision purpose.
*This time, the duration will decide whether you are going to pass or not, whether you can make a difference or not, whether you can outperform or not.
*Everyone studies, but what makes the difference is the revision.
