You at least need to hold a Post Graduation degree in the relevant stream but some times good colleges ask for experience too with that PG degree.

Hi. In order to apply to the following university, you are required to fulfill the following admission requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or its equivalent(Preferable percentage 75% and above)
2) GMAT : Preferable score 700+
3) TOEFL: Preferable score 100+
4) Completion or preMBA online course.
The applications for the January 2011 session have opened with its 1st deadline on October 6th, 2010.
The fees for the program is 80,000 Dollars per year.

Staffordshire University offers MBA program in Finance, HR , International however there is one MBA program which is best suitable for international students in order to get admission you must have 50%-60% in graduation , Provide evidence of satisfactory English language skills for candidates where English is not their first language, such as IELTS 6.0 or above (which should include a minimum score of 5.5 for the writing and listening modules). work experience is not required and Tuition fees for International Students GBP 10,470.00

Hi Mohit,
You have not mentioned any details about your academics however if you are interested in doing MBA from London Metropolitan University then you must have a bachelors degree along with min 3 years of management experience after graduation ,an English language test, a minimum score on the IELTS of 6.5, or equivalent is also required. The full time tuition fees is GBP 12,100 .

Once you gain around 7-8 years of experience, you can look at doing your, one year full time Executive MBA program, from a reputed institute. You can opt either of the two courses as per your interest but yes as your experience is in Retail, if you are keen to pursue your career ahead in Retail stream then you may opt for the Retail management but if you want to look in much broader terms then opt for MBA in Marketing.
