Hi,
Advisable would be that as you are in early years of your career you should opt for a full time MBA from a decent B School as part time MBAs doesnt hold much value in job market especially for the less experience professionals, but in case you are not in a position to go for full time MBA then work for another 4-5 Years and plan for EMBA or a Part time MBA as by that time you must have reached middle management level & that would give you a right reasoning to do a Part time MBA i.e to reach the higher designations in your company.
Hope this resolve your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please c

Dear Shriya,
The admissions will be based on your 12th percentage though but there is no use in doing the same degree again. You should go for higher studies now like MBA to move ahead in your career.

The best option would be to do MBA (HR) because being from a B.sc background, your knowledge with respect to finance would be limited which would make it a little difficult to grasp the basics of finance. But again I repeat that it will be only diffcult and not impossible as your friends say. If you have interest in finance, then you should have finance as minors.

Dear Manish
You shouldn't ask the same question repeatedly, the Shiksha experts who can best solve your query will answer back to you soon !
Also do remember the 100% placement is just a marketing funda used by the institutes and college to attract more admissions. Even the best of the best institutes sometimes fail to put up 100% placement stats.
Also the placements depend a lot on one's abilities and potential to perform at the right junctures.
Best of luck for your future !

Hi Karishma,
Even though you can look forward to pursue job after completing your graduation in banking, but then without a Masters the growth opportunities are restricted after a certain limit.
If you are inclined towards further education then you may opt for Masters course, the choice of this course should depend on your career interests and preference. Like you can opt for Masters in Economics/ Statistics, MBA in Finance, B.ed etc.
Being a graduate you can also write various govt. exams like the IAS, IPS, Bank PO etc.
Kindly revert for any further queries, also if you liked this answer then rate it 'Best answer' or give a 'Thumbs Up'

Dear Student,
Second year of graduation is the ideal time to start preparing for MBA Entrance exams like CAT / MAT / XAT / SNAP / JMET / FMS Entrance, etc.
Though a lot depends on the student's own aptitude and skills, coaching institutes are an added advantage as because of them students start studying regularly and get enough practice through their so called Mock Tests.
For MBA entrance preparations you can either join the regular coaching classes or do the correspondence course with Test Series. And for this the best known institutes in India are:
Triumphant Institute of Management Education Pvt Ltd (T.I.M.E)
Career Launcher
IMS Learning
