Eligibility for joining any engineering college is completion of 12th. Hence you can not think of joining marine engineering after 10th.
Of course you can take the route of 10th, then diploma and then engineering. This way you will avoid 12th & 12th.

EEE involves electronics and electrical study while ECE involves the study of electronics and some part of communications.
In core companies, the demand of EEE is more in comparison to ECE. Whereas, ECE students can apply for IT companies as well.
