IIT (ISM) Dhanbad is a well established institution and it is far better than the new IITs. Placement records are quite well and the most important of all is that you will get good alumni base for being in an older institution. So, I recommend IIT (ISM) Dhanbad in comparison to the new IITs. That's what I have also chosen.

The last year's cut off at MIT WPU Pune for CS was above 90 percentile for MHTCET.
The JEE Mains cut off rank for the first round of counselling was closed at 670 rank for CS branch.
The college is known for its CS branch. The campus is a beautiful campus. The college has gain a lot of popularity in the recent years. The placement has been good and CS branch (around INR 38 lakhs) has seen the highest of the given package.
For this year also, the cut off will be near about but it can be less as well because of the ongoing situation.

In order to secure admission in IIITs through JEE Mains, the good score for the same can be around 85-90 percentile. At the same time, the candidates must feature among the top 25,000 rank range to get admission in popular IIITs. According to previous trends, candidates with a 1 - 25,000 rank range made it to the top IIITs. However, candidates securing ranks beyond 25,000 - 1,00,000 also made it to IIITs (newer IIITs/ regional-level IIITs). .

According to the Shiksha college predictor, Yes, you can get a Agartala Government Medical College with the rank of 80555. Because the general category cutoff for last year in government medical College was 80839 (closing rank) for round 1 and 92413 (closing rank) for round 2. You have not provided your category, so it is difficult to answer accurately. However, you may use the NEET Shiksha college predictor tool. CSE. If you want a good placement and good life, with ease. I don't know about electronics, so I will not comment about it. But I can tell that the opportunities you will unfold for yourself is really high with CSE/IT at NIT Raipur. Most Important: In CSE/IT, you will not be bound by college environment. In CSE/IT you will be LIMITLESS, if u really want to do something and are dedicated. You will not be bound by the 'IIT-NIT' thing. This field will give you a chance to be equal to an IITian, or even better!

Yes, you can get admission through your JEE Mains in private colleges and ICT where they have 15% JEE quota. You will get various good college like PICT, SPIT, VIT, and RCOEM etc. using JEE marks but some good state government doesn't have JEE quota like VJTI, COEP and WCW etc. So, you have to give MHTCET for these colleges.
