MAH CET exam score is not accepted by the MBA colleges outside Maharashtra. These MBA colleges will accept MAH CET 2022 score alongwith other exam scores like CAT 2021, CMAT 2022
MAH CET cut offs in these MBA colleges accepting MAH CET scores vary from institute to institute. Based on your MAH CET score (85 percentile), you can try for the following colleges (I have added some colleges from Mumbai also in case you wish to consider them)

Since, 27% of the total seats are reserved for OBC-NCL Category, so of course, Your category rank will be used in order to offer You a reserved seat, but in the cutoff lists, the CRL Rank is mentioned so that everybody has an idea that upto which rank has been a particular branch offered, to remove any confusion. Otherwise if they mention Your category rank in the list, which is say, 8000, then the candidate who has a CRL Rank of 8000 will have confusion and approach the institute for confirmation. In order to avoid this large scale confusion, they mention the CRL Rank which is different for everyone, but since they have 27% seats reserved for You people, they use it to offer You seats as it is easier for them to distinguish reserved candidates through categorical ranks.

Both Amity and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) are reputable institutions for pursuing LL.B. Both universities have their own strengths and limitations in terms of placement, faculty, infrastructure, and course curriculum. Amity University is a well-known private university with a strong emphasis on placements and industry-academia collaborations. The university has tie-ups with numerous law firms, corporate houses, and government agencies, which offer internships and job opportunities to its students. Additionally, Amity has a good faculty-student ratio and provides students with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities. However, the fee structure of Amity can be higher compared to other universities. GGSIPU is a government university, which offers quality education at an affordable price. The university has a good reputation in the legal community and has a dedicated placement cell that helps students secure internships and job opportunities. GGSIPU also has a diverse faculty with many experienced and renowned legal professionals. However, the campus and infrastructure of GGSIPU may not be as modern as that of Amity University. In summary, both Amity and GGSIPU are good universities for pursuing LL.B. Students should consider factors such as course curriculum, faculty, infrastructure, and placements before making a decision.

The fee structure at the university of Jammu for a master's in science geography course is INR 34,000 PA (Actual fee may vary).
The duration of the course is two years.

If you JEE Mains rank is 47000 in OBC then you get cannot the best IIT even if your CRL rank is 65000, you can't also get into NIT. I am not demotivating you but I have 2 to 3 suggestions for you,
1. Take drop and aim for IIT Bombay and it is achievable if you don't repeat your mistakes. (I will prefer join any online coaching)
2. Go for state level CET exams and go for state level best college.
3. Some private colleges such as Lovely Professional University and etc. accepts low score of JEE Mains also, it is a good option. Go for JAC counselling, state counselling accepting JEE Mains score. I am from Maharashtra, but I know that this year UPSC was cancelled and getting colleges on the basis of JEE Mains.
4. If you have enough time and preparation, go for JEE Advanced and go for lower IIT, if you are able to get lower rank.

I had a similar situation like this last year and I was just feeling like if I had been able to score 15 more then my rank would have boosted by 1500 to 2000 approximately. So you kind of feel dejected and you feel like on the one hand that you are qualified to be an IITian and on other hand, you think you won't be getting your desired branch or desired IIT. Analysing your situation, I can surely help you out with best possibilities. If you are really possessive about getting into IITs then you will have to compromise a bit either branch-wise or IIT-wise. The best options for IITs are as follows. If Top IIT is what really matters to you :
1. IIT Bombay Chemistry.
2. IIT Delhi - Textile Tech.
3 IIT Kanpur - Biological Science, Chemistry. Earth Sciences.
4. IIT Madras - Ocean and Naval, Biotechnology.
5. IIT Kharagpur - Ocean and Naval, Biotechnology, Physics.
6. IIT Guwahati - Civil, Chemical Sc. & Tech.
7. IIT Roorkee - Metallurgical and Material, Geophysical.
