Eligibility
The minimum qualification to apply for this course is 10+2 pass or its equivalent, with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English.
Only those applicants whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1986 are eligible for admission in 2011- 2012 session. However in case of SC, ST and Physically Handicapped candidates, the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years.

A creative aptitude test is a test required by most of the institutes which may offer courses which require a creative edge and is a professional program. This could be designing or a field like animation, fine arts etc. It is an aptitude and hence will have general questions to judge your creativity aptitude.
The creative aptitude includes sketching and coloring mainly and also understanding of the latest trends in the same. You do not require to prepare in specific to a topic.The test would only evaluate your creativity level.

University give us 6 months for training but students normally take these as holidays and do some of the courses from institute. but i suggest you to do a industrial training bacause you should gain some experience there and parallely you can also do a course from institute, a industrial training is of 5-6 hours per day.

After XII you could persue AAIP or BSc Animation. Both are very good courses. Please note that animation Industry needs your creative skills other then anything else.
