PUMBA strictly follows the DTE rules for its admission process of MBA++. For Maharashtra candidates, students have to qualify MH-CET exam. For Outside Maharashtra Candidates (OMS), students can apply through CMAT/CAT/MH-CET.
So from above MAT scores are not acceptable at PUMBA.

Yes, Pursing Hybrid PGDM from Welingkar is a good option but only for working professionals. Otherwise full-time courses are the only good choice in India. And there are no placements provided for Hybrid PGDM by any institute in India.
