I appreciate your mode of selection in college. Yes you can get seat in Rvr and jc college go to their official website on google and fill admission form so that you can apply through online otherwise visit the college and get admission directly as you already wrote APICET you will be admitted in counselor quota and coming to fee they charge 1.0 to 1.6 lakh per annum.

Hi,
Yes, you can go for B.Pharma after your class 12th. Having a gap doesn't make any kind of difference. Eligibility criteria in most of the top universities is pass with 60% aggregate marks in class 12th and you must have to clear some entrance test to get admission into the college. All the best.
