Hi,
First of all i must inform you that you are not eligible to pursue MBA in US due to 2 reasons:
1) The degree requirement is a 4 year degree in US whereas you hold a 3 year degree
2) Atleast 2 years of minimum work experience is required in US in order to pursue MBA.
You can look for some universities in UK which offer MBA in finance without work experience. Do let me know if you are interested in UK so that i can suggest you universities accordingly.

Hi Dear,
First of all please let me know in which field you want to do MS and what was your percentage in BE?
Since you have given IELTS and scored 6.0 bands which is acceptable however university might ask you for the GRE score as well so better before applying for the course check this as well. Also let me tell you if program is taught in German language then proficiency of German language is also required.

With the mentioned percentage there a few options that you can opt for, these are UPSC (for Civil Services like IAS/ IPS/ CDS etc), Bank PO Exams, IES etc. M.tech is also another option but if you plan to write GATE, the most competitive and in demand entrances for PG in Engg. aspirants the minimum percentage required is 60%, however, you may try for the other institute specific entrance exams on the basis of your eligibility.
But first it is important to know as to what you plan to pursue on the basis of which one can provide you with related information.

There is no definite range of score/ rank that can be provided to you so to be shortlisted for the IPS , but then its your hard work and the zeal to score as high as possible and get a rank highest to your caliber. But yet you should try to get it in the top 300-330 list so to gain chances for IPS .
