Mass Comm is a very demanding and challenging course and has a lot to offer like Journalism, advertising, PR etc. So you have got a lot of options in Mass Comm to choose a specialization. But as a friend I would suggest you to think about the decision again because you are pursuing interior designing and after that Mass Comm will be totally different and you have to start from scratch.

The best universities for the Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences in Canada are University of Toronto, University of British Columbia and University of Vancouver. The test you would have to take in order to get admission in these universities are the GRE and the IELTS. In the GRE, if you want to make it to the top universities, target a score above 1400 atleast. You would require a minimum of 6.5 band score with a minimum score of 6 in each section in the IELTS.
