Hi,
Harvard University does not have a department of civil engineering.
Some of the top schools in the US for Masters in Civil Engineering are:

In order to secure admission in the above mentioned universities, you will have to meet the following eligibility requirements. Every university has its own specific requirements for the Civil Engineering course and hence i am going to provide you with the general requirements:
1) GRE Score with a score no less than 1400.
2) Minimum Grade Point Average: 3/4 GPA or B+ or 75 percent and above. In some cases, the universities have a requirement from Indian students to have a second upper class percentage or 55 percent.
3) TOEFL score with minimum score 100.
4) Atleast 6 months-1 year college level calculus.
5) Letters of Recommendations.
6) Statement of Purpose.

In order to become a good news reader in a well reputed news channel, you should have a background related to Mass Comm or Journalism, a good command over English, Hindi and the regional language. Also you should have a good personality, confidence and Camera facing. It will be advisable for you to join a good institute where you can get the necessary grooming.

Few good colleges like XIC conduct their own entrance exams so I cannot assure the exact pattern but i can provide you all that you need to prepare. So starting with media i would suggest you to go through the newspapers everyday and make a note of all the good articles or important news that you come across. You have to mug up the punch lines of various good and famous brands and also their Brand ambassadors, mug up the punch lines of various good news channels because they might ask it. Also if possible try and read few books on GK and Current affairs, if you want you can refer to Manorama year Book which is a nice book for GK and Current affairs. Apart from all these you also have to practice a lot on writing articles because they might give you any topic to write or also a picture that you need describe so you need to write it in a creative manner and for that you need to think out of the box. Other than these you may also prepare on reading comprehension, grammar, etc. At the end i would say that the entrance is not that difficult and you can clear it easily and the interview depends on your caliber.

JMFC is a Judicial services exam held for the Judicial Magistrate Fast track Court and as for my understanding related to the subject goes, the exam comes under State Judicial Department and to be eligible to write this exam one needs to have a Bachelor's Degree of Law from a recognized University and the same is the education qualification required for the PCS (J) exams.

There are many institutes in India which offers courses in Hotel Management, for Bachelor and Masters level.
In most of the reputed institutes the minimum requirement to get admission remains a 12th pass if you are looking for Bachelor courses (12th with Science stream for the B.Sc courses) followed by qualifying an entrance conducted by the various institutes like NCHMCT JEE is one of the premier entrance conducted on All India basis for HM aspirants.
For Masters, there are fewer Institutes offering Masters degree courses but then one requires to qualify entrance for the same as well.
