Hi Supriya, Since you are in Hyd, you can do your PG in commerce either from Osmania university or from BR Ambedkar university. There are other universities like Annamalai, IGNOU,Andhra university,Padmavati mahila University etc. The notification for PAdmavati univ'y tirupati has been announced long back. All the above mentioned univy's have their study centers in Hyd. So you can try and choose some thing that suits you the best.

Meghna, sorry. i addressed you as jyotsna, you can try for M.Tech in bio-tech from university if pune.

Admission for MCA in pune university is done thru a common entrance test. The notification'll be release in Jan/feb/ Watch for it, apply and you can join either in campus or any affiliated colleges.

No . You cannot change college for second year under normal circumstances . But if there is a vacant seat in any other college affiliated to same univ'y in the same discipline, and if the reason for transfer is genuine, the university may consider. If the problem is with the discipline, thenyou can ask for mutual transfer/exchange provided there is another person like you who'd like to change.
