After what i have understood, you are not eligible to apply in Canada as the requirement is a 4 years degree whereas you have pursued a 3 years degree. You should look for universities in UK and Australia. You would find many options in these countries.

in order to get admission in a masters program at this university, you would require a GRE score of atleast 1200+ and atleast 90+ in the TOEFL. The higher you score, the better is your chance of admission. Remember, do not target a score below 1200 or chances of admission would really lessen.
