Generally, migration is possible in the first year and that too within the university from one college to another. Migrating from one university to another university is not possible.
Keeping your concern in mind I would suggest you to contact the officials of both the colleges for updated knowledge regarding the migrating norms as the procedure and criteria differs from one college to another.

Basic Eligibility for GRE :
* All aspirants can take up this exam irrespective of the academic qualification.
* The exam is mainly conducted for admission into graduate level, post graduate level as well as doctoral programs.
* Admission to various courses will be on the basis of the marks in the concerned qualifying exams as well. All citizens are free to write this exam.
* No age limit is yet specified for taking up Graduate Record Examination. Aspirants who are qualified in all other respects can take up this exam with out any age barrier.
