Here are the eligibility details for CAT:
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for SC, ST and PWD or DA category).
Percentage obtained in Bachelors degree would be calculated on the basis of practice followed by the concerned university or institution. In case of grades or CGPA, the conversion would be based on the process defined by the concerned universityor institution.
In absence of any percentage conversion scheme, candidate's CGPA will be divided by maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100.
Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification are also eligible to apply for CAT.

The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12th with science. With the combination of biology, physics and chemistry you can take up medicine, dentistry, Pharmacy, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, and Microbiology). Apart from doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas, such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration, hotel management, tourism management etc. you can also opt for courses outside the university stream, such as hotel management, fashion technology, industrial design, packaging, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses and a host of post 10 + 2 level vocational courses. For pursuing a course in engineering you should have Mathematics as compulsory subject in 10+2.

To become an IAS officer you have to appear in Civil Service Exam.
The Civil Service Examination is organized by UPSC every year to recruit candidate for IAS, IPS etc.

If you're creative, you can always consider going for design and animation. This is a field where nobody cares for your qualification, they only see if you can do quality work. In fact, the university model has not succeeded in any skill field across the world. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field.
Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people.
Opportunities lie in UI design, graphic design, storyboarding, animation design, game design, 3D modelling, texturing and lighting, dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D).
