BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration and BMS stands for Bachelor of Management Studies. Both these courses are management courses, BMS course concentrates on analytical and logical oriented studies, while BBA course concentrates on core studies.

First of all I would suggest you to go for a full time MBA if possible as it will add more value to your career progression. As far as specialization is concerned you may go for Operations Management, Project Management or IT (if your area is IT).

The gd topics would most probably be current affairs related. Like fro eg - The JNU issue,terrorist attack in Pathankot or something similar. General topics might also come.
PI would most probably based on your resume. If you're a fresher then questions would come about your ug qualification and everything else that you have written in your resume. For work ex candidates it would be about your previous work. Do read the newspaper for the day and go.
