I am afraid but you are not eligible for M.Tech. You must complete post graduation course before applying for M.Tech. Since you have completed Bachelor of Science, it would be necessary that you also complete Master of Science to apply for M.Tech course.
Master of Technology is post graduation course which is taken after completing Bachelor of Technology. The B.Sc students have two options to apply for M.Tech. You can either complete M.Sc as I mentioned earlier.

Hi,
There are many universities that offer MBA without WE i.e. work experience but it is advisable to choose your specialisation in MBA after a job of 2-3 years as it gives more clarity and stability to you in future. Choose your country and apply if you are still keen to go without work experience.

To study Bachelors in US, you must take the SAT. If you have not yet started the SAT preparation please do so. You must also take the TOEFL which is an English language proficiency requirement. Since the application process takes almost a year, you should start researching on university websites, requirements, take your tests and submit your application on time.
