1. In regular course, you'll have to attend all classes, practicals, assignments, etc. While in distance education, you'll have to just appear for the exams by visiting the nearest study center of the respective university/college.

For admission to a good B-school for MBA, there are several types of entrance exam. The most prominent are CAT (every year during Oct month) and MAT (Thrice in a year, Feb, Aug, Nov) entrance exam. For these examination preparation coaching classes like TIME, PT Education or Career Launcher can be joined. Godd colleges require above 90 percentile(roughly 60%) marks in entrance exam. After application for admission, based on CAT/MAT, has been accepted, Candidates are called for Group discussion (GD) and Personal Interview(PI). The minimum qualification marks of 50% in degree is required.
