Hi Harthik, Immigration New Zealand does not accept TOEFL scores & recommends IELTS as the preferred test. So you may get admission on the basis of TOEFL scores but from a visa perspective, IELTS is the recommended test.

If you mean Masters in international business (MIB), then you may surely pursue this course.
However as per your profile pursuing MBA would be a better option as compared to MIB.
Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then opting for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue M.Tech, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
Finally, if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses of your further studies.
