There are various course options available with good scope. You must opt for the one which matches your interest and skills.
2)
After 12th in Science with Biology, Physics and Chemistry, you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology). (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).
With Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, you may go for engineering courses such as civil, mechanical, electronics etc. (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).

Dear Shrawan you can get some private college. In case you don't get a good college don't worry because there are many universities/ colleges like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration marks in 12th as well as marks in JEE. With such good percentage in 12th you will easily get direct admission in one of these universities. Not only this you will also get a good scholarship.
