* You need to pass 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 60% .
* You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
* You need to sit for entrance exams such as AIIMS, AIPMT, AFMC etc.

It's all up to you as in which field you have interest. There are many career options you can choose after 12th if you are a science student.
1. If you want to do engineering then you can give JEE Mains and JEE Advanced and it's all up to your interest.
2. Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).
3. Merchant navy (HND).
4. B.Sc in physics, chemistry, maths, astronomy, forensic science, geology, statistics, industrial chemistry, nautical science, home science, nutrition, clothing and textile, etc.
