We have three step process, which begins with appearing for the written examination which Test students on 4 areas namely Intelligent Quotient, Emotional Quotient Leadership Quotient & Spiritual Quotient, followed by Individual Presentation & Personal Interview.
Business Aptitude Test (BAT):
The BAT is a management entrance exam which is the first step of the written examinations. BAT assesses the verbal and qualitative reasoning, data interpretation and analytical skills, mathematical comprehension, general knowledge and proficiency of English language. Followed by the BAT, the candidate appears for a set of Psychometric Test, Leadership Test and a test determining his spiritual quotient
Individual Presentation:
Testing individual's caliber, public speaking skills and presence of mind through Individual Presentation on a given topic.
Personal Interview:
At the final stage of the admission process, a personal interview is conducted with a panel of faculty to test on a wide range of subjects. The interview aims to assess the student's level of intelligence, his interests and academic inclinations, as well as his potential and scope to grow within the institute.
