Integrated MBA ( BBA-MBA or B.Tech-MBA etc) are not the right option because you will miss opportunities to do MBA from top B-Schools. Student get real value for money if MBA is fine from any of the top 30 B-Schools or International B-Schools. However, if you are keen in doing integrated MBA you must do proper due diligence of university and its integrated MBA program. IPM program offered by IIM Indore is the best option for integrated MBA.
