You should go through common law entrance test I.e. CLAT has no definite syllabus but includes English comprehension, general knowledge and current affairs, reasoning and logics. You may easily get books related to this and can do self study. There's no need to bother about joining a coaching class.

For best colleges like Loyola, IIM Indore, Symbiosis, NMIMS, etc. entrance exam is already over. You need to try next year. However, you may still apply in other reputed colleges under Mumbai University such as St. Xavier's has last date to apply as 20th May, NM college is still open. It has not opened yet. Please check respective institute's website.

Yes, you can easily do IT course. For that, if you are having maths or computer subject as optional subject in your 12th, you can easily do BCA & MCA .
And, if you haven't taken neither maths nor computer as a optional subject, you can do DCA (Diploma in computer applications).
For DCA course, your 10th marks will be taken into consideration.

You can get admission in other good colleges and as well in Hindu College. Maybe not in the 1st cut-off, but you can get admission in 3rd or 4th cut-off. You can admission in some other good colleges of DU which suits you and your heart in 1st or 2nd cut-off, and afterwards, if the cut-off of Hindu College comes down, you can take admission in it, but for that, you will have to keep watching the cut-offs carefully.
