Many students who face a dilemma whether to choose BDS course or MBBS course. MBBS is definitely a better choice than BDS for the simple reason of opportunities. But at the same time a degree in BDS is better than a plain MBBS. Most argue that MBBS on the sole criteria of earning more than a BDS. This is not true for everyone. BDS course costs much less than MBBS, and as such is more affordable by everyone. If you get a chance to get admission with this score for MBBS then go for it only.

Coaching for IIT-JEE is not just faculties and study materials. In fact these take a back-seat when you are really focussed on your goal. 90% of your success will be determined by the environment you're in, your peers, and the overall competition you're facing. It is always recommended to pursue MBA/PGDM from a reputed B-school, as there are better chances of getting good corporate exposure, great infrastructure, placements, quality faculty, and good ROI. And MEASI isn't a popular B-school, so ideally not recommended.
