Hi Kunal,
Yes, polytechnic students give JEE Mains paper but only get an entry from 1st year in IIT. Diploma students don't have a lateral entry scheme in IIT. So, if you really want to get into an IIT for B.Tech, you will have to sit for both Mains & Advanced exams and crack them. So, if you only want to get into an IIT. Don't mind an added year and prepare very thoroughly for Mains & Advanced and clear them (which is a herculean task to do as they have a wide range of questions with ultimate depths). Sorry to say but your marks are very low according to cut-offs hence you will not get best colleges in Indore as well as Pune. But you can try for state-level counselling so that you will get some medium level colleges in Indore as well as in Pune.
