Sorry to say dude but NO you cannot get in mumbai as you got 69 in PCM.I myself got 100 in PCM (MHT-CET) and i too didn't got.but if you are ready to go in any part of Maharashtra like Nagpur, pune then you can surely get.Yes but if you want in Mumbai then there is One way that is donation.my friends who also scored less marks got in mumbai through donation .so if you are ready to pay you can get.and it also depends on the cut-off marks in a particular year.say for example in your CET appearing year the cut-off is less than you can get but i have no idea about the cut-off marks in which you appeared CET.so the best is just try in CAP r
