There are several institutes in the country which offers M.Com, and so are there in Bangalore, but then there is no such standardized ranking parameters available in the country to guide you about the best M.Com Institutes.

Rajiv Gandhi university is a recognized institution and it is valid enough so to be able to apply for the M.Com Course.

Even If your CAT Score is not good u can land up into some good institutes for MBA through MAT. Although at a low MAT score also, you will have lot of options of MBA Schools but you will have to choose really wisely.
You should really enquire about the placements, the Fee structure , the university affiliations and the Structure of Faculty and the brand.
As an student of Delhi Business School I would like to suggest that Delhi Business School is rated as one of the finest Business Schools of Delhi NCR and so you should definitely have look into DBS. The DBS has a unique advantage of offering a dual specialisation MBA in Finance and Marketing or could be Finance and IB.
I have secured my placements with HSBC Global Finance with a very high stipend.
Just to tell you as far as the Last year goes we had an average placement of around 4 Lakhs and Berger Paints, Panasonic, , Citi Financials, Nestle, R-Systems, Bank of America, HCL, IBM, Daksh, Bhushan Steels, Dabur, Vishal Mega Mart, U-Flex, Times of India visited the campus.
If you would look at the Fee structure, it is around 4.2 Lakhs for the MBA Program.
