MBA in information management is a specialised course and ong top institutions, only SPJIMR offers industry recognized specialization. But that does not mean that a guy pursuing IM cannot be a generalist as many of our IM seniors have bagged general management roles in reputed corporate houses. The placement of IM is excellent and the faculty, both core and guest faculty share their industry wide experience. The minimum cut off for consideration for the admissions process is 85 percentile in CAT/XAT with 70 percentile across sections or 650 in GMAT. Note that getting this scores will not guarantee an admission call as it depends on lot of other factors like work ex, academic history, profile etc

Both the institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option.

Being a CAT trainer for the last 15 years, the first point I would like to make is, there is no rocket science in Maths. The CAT exam is held once a year in the month of October - November, within a window period of 20 days. You can provisionally appear for the CAT exam, when you are in the final year of graduation. However, please keep in mind, that you need to score a minimum of 50% in the final year of graduation, for your score to be valid. Coming to Maths, the only point you need to ensure is to make your basics strong. You can look at buying the book titled, 'Quantitative Aptitude for CAT' by Sarvesh Verma. This is an Arihant Publication. You can look at devoting one hour daily to go through the book and make your fundamentals strong. The next step is to start solving problems. I was also weak in Maths. I took it up as a challenge and won. I really do not see the need to join a coaching institute if you are disciplined

Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical.
Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.
For more information on German Universities, I would request you to visit the nearest DAAD office. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.
