PSG is one of the top engineering colleges. AT JEE 111 marks it is difficult to get admission there.
But there are other good options where you can try like in
Thapar Inst. of Engineering & Technology, Patiala
VJTI, Mumbai
RV College of Engineering, Bangalore
PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore
Lovely Professional University,Phagwara, Punjab

You can take provisional admission, admissions will be closed before august.
There are some universities which provide entrance test and there are some which give direct admission on the basis on diploma percentage.
Some of the good universities where you can try for admission are Japavpur uni, Annamalai, Lovely Professional University. Lovely University is an international University and u can check for scholarship schemes from its website.

On the basis on JEE marks it is not possible to get admission any where and government colleges are not possible. But as your marks in 12th are good, on the basis of marks there are changes for you to get into india's top university such as Lovely Professional university, annamalai, MIT etc

You can try, but you rank is very low. but i dont think so you should loss your hurt. If you are having good percentage you can get good college. Also there are top indian universities like Lovely professional university, which conduct its own test know as LPU NEST, you need to only qualify that to get admission, if u are lucky enough u can get scholarship too. for more details check lpu website.

You marks and ranks are very low. It is not possible to take admission in SRM or in some top college of UPTU with these rank. You can try some other options as still admission are going on. Why dont you check for lovely professional university. it is with the similar rank of SRM. but they also conduct there own test, good thing is you need to only qualify that.search for LPU NEST exam.
