For taking admission in MBBS it is difficult to get at this rank. If you have given and scored good in AIIMS there are changes for a government college.

You are not going to get admission in any NIT without JEE marks, If u already taken admission in some NIT on the basis of JEE marks but u are not satisfied with that, ofcouse you can appear for JEE next year.
But if u are look for admission in some other good institute the best options are BITS Pilani, Lovely Professional University, Thapar University, COEP etc.

Your percentage is good but your marks in JEE are quite less.
Now i think you need to choose some top private places which provide admission without JEE marks as there is no chance to get into any government college because they take admission purely on the JEE score. Check admission in PSG, Lovely Professional University, Nirma etc.

Your JEE marks are quite good. NIT is little hard but it is possible to get admission in UPTU. BUt i will recommend you to choose better options as your marks are good in JEE. If NIT is hard you can try for PSG, PES, Lovely Professional University, BITS. I think in Lovely university u will definitely get good scholarship.
