No need to worry. If you have not appeared in any entrance examination. There are many Universities where you can apply for admission without any entrance exam.

You must be aware of the NEET row for the past 2-3 years. Getting admission in MBBS is more of a business nowadays, merit takes a backseat. I assume you cannot pursue MBBS from a private college due to high tuition fee. If 2018 was your second drop, it would be even more difficult for you to score good enough next year because a person cannot start the same thing over and over again. Take my advice, think of something else, there are a whole lot of opportunities apart from MBBS. First of all, you can't expect placement in New IIITs. New IIITs will not give you good industry exposure. It will take at least 10-15 years to get established. Better to go for old GFTI colleges rather than going in New IIITs.
