My suggestion to do MBA/PGDM from Regional College of Management (RCMB). It is better than PES University.
1) RCMB offers 2-year MBA full-time degree from Bangalore University recognized by UGC, AICTE and AIU. It has got NAAC-A+ grade and is a well-known university in all over India. RCMB is 36 years old and from the beginning they are providing management degree

There are many courses you can try after completing BBA. After BBA. There's the world for you, you can pursue a number of courses professional and non-professional, you can appear in CAT MAT XAT SNAP FMS like entrance exams. I don't think it is a good idea of joining in job soon after completion of your BBA course until and unless you got placed in top companies with good salary. Other courses except MBA are as follows:
Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Masters in Management Studies
Masters in Finance Management.
