Hi Vivek, one of the very good universities offering Civil Engineering in Australia has been mentioned by you already. Other than this the others that you can refer to are : RMIT, Univ of Queensland, Univ of Sydney, University of Monash.
But all of these will also require students to have very good marks in 10 and 12.

first of all to do MBA from US. you Have to Score very high Rank in GMAT and TOEFL. And MBA From US Cost you more than 45 lakhs .And You Qualification is also too Low and also you have no work experienced. And Getting VISA of US is not as Easy as you think . US is very Strict in Giving VISA to Asian Countries and their rules & regulation is Also very High to get VISA. So first Start preparation fro GMAT and TOEFL and then thinks of doing MBA From US. and first of All Check your Budget whether it is Affordable for you or not. as 45 lakhs is the minimum cost for doing MBA from US.
