For B.Ed regular course, u need to be a Graduate in any dicipline which is of one year duration.Many Universities give this course. Entrance Tests r conducted to fill up the seats. Start following the Ads in the month of Jan onwards for filling up the forms.There is B.Ed Correspondence course too which r of Two Year durations. Admissions r made on the basis of the admission tests here too. Correspondence courses r offered regionwise i.e. candidates of the particular area/region are eligible for the particular university/area/region.provided u r working teacher.You may contact the Govt body controlling the B.Ed courses which is situated in ITO, New Delhi for detailed information. American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.

Hi Sabdhya, you will need to appear for IELTS or TOEFL and score 6.5 or 100 min respectively.
There is no need to appear for any other exam like GRE or GMAT as of now.
IELTS/TOEFL should be written wither when you are in 8th sem or after completing BE as the scores are valid only for 2 yrs and should be valid when you are filing for the visa.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

The two programmes you are taking about will take you in two different career field so you can not compare BBA with CA or CS as these programs are v. different in nature from BBA.
If we talk about Company Secretary it is an in-house legal expert; who is an expert in corporate laws, securities laws & capital market. And similarly CA is the accounts experts who takes care the whole gamut of activities in Finance & Accounts department of a company or companies. So, all in all CS & CA is backend profile. Whereas, BBA is a vast subject, which has unlimited growth prospects. It is a professional degree which is for those who work in business and management i.e. to prepare individuals for responsible positions in business irrespective of the industry, business sector, the nature of the economy etc. BBA can take you to the highest level provided it is accompanied with a good MBA degree through a decent University /Institute.
However, the most important thing you should keep in mind while choosing a career stream is your own interests and career aspirations, so choose the programme for which you feel passionate as you can only excel in the programme when you have indepth passion for it.
