Simply put, project management is all about setting and achieving reasonable and attainable goals. It is the process of planning, organising, and overseeing how and when these goals are met. Unlike business managers who oversee a specific functional business area, project managers orchestrate all aspects of time-limited, discrete projects. For instance, a project manager who's overseeing the development of a new product or service may manage folks from departments as disparate as marketing, IT, and human resources.

Within six months, an MBA is not possible even if you do it through distance mode. A minimum of 1-year is required for doing an MBA. If you have a good amount of work experience then you can opt for executive MBA program which is conducted for a duration of 1-year. JSB, IIMA, SP Jain, etc. are some of the institutes which provide executive MBA for one year through full-time mode.

The courses you are talking about are part of Faculty of Commerce and not FMS. Admissions in these courses take place through entrance conducted by BHU. So, I will not be able to tell about placements of these courses but someone from faculty of commerce can surely help you.

Hi Fayis,
The importance of the diploma will depend on what career and background you have. On singularity, the diploma might not be of much help, but in tandem with work experience or previous education degree, it might of good help.
