There is no set formula for earning this amount of money. What I would recommend is that please focus on your interest, strengths and weaknesses and then make a career choice. Eventually, money will come in each and every job, but it is important to take that career path which helps you in realising your goals. One of the common methods which students follow: IIT + MBA from a top college such IIMs, FMS, etc. which can help you start with a good salary.

The rules for changing the college vary according to university rules from time to time. So, we would suggest you to inquire from the concerned colleges and its authorities.

It's nice to know your inquisitiveness on this issue. In simple terms renewables are those which are renewed e.g. solar power or wind power. Non renewable means coal or oil of which there is finite stock. I feel you should go for renewable as it is the future.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two years diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and which are autonomous and not affiliated to any university.
