Hi Venkat,
Both Bio tech and IT are very different career fields and it may be complex and difficult for you to make this transition in the career stream. Without having studied Maths in +2 and an IT related field graduate degree would cause difficulty for you to pursue Masters in IT or the related field but if you wish then you can opt for the various programming language to begin with like C, C++, JAVA, Web Designing, Game development etc. There are many institutes in India which offers various software related courses and to know about these you may refer to the following link:

Although there are several good MBA colleges apart from IIMS which accept admission through CAT, but I would like to up rise you on the fact that the good MBA Schools will look for a candidates overall profile which includes your academic scores, CAT scores, extracurricular, some Institutes will even take into consideration work experience & how you perform on you GD & PI. So, in case you feel that you have low academic scores you can work hard on the other areas especially try to score as high as possible in CAT and even IIMs would not be a far away dream.
