On the basis of your GNIIT you can definitely opt for the M.Sc IT and pursuing Masters will always provide you better career opportunities but if you are interested to pursue Masters then you can also consider MCA as it is far more a technical course and offers higher career options in the field related to the IT and development.

Well both the countries are good for studies however USA is the most preferred destination as the medium of instruction is in english on the other hand in Germany not every program is taught in english however its obviously a good descsion like studying in developed european countries and germany is the good option for post graduation studies and also the favourite destination for international students after USA, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ etc.,there are currently over 240000 international students studyin or doing research in germany.The standard of higher education in germany is first rate.Most importantly universities in germany are state-funded,many do not charge any tution fees at all,whereas some universities charges a nominal fee to the tune of 500 euro per sem.Its a safe place to study and also in the heart of the europe.

Sap course is very high demanded course.Sap course are required by many large company.Sap course are have 23 or 42 module approx.Per module are important for carer or job.But few module are select for job.H.R module are very demanded and it is also nice module.H.R(Human Resource ) is sap module are take case study or deeply study.
Sap course are in India or abroad is very nice and demanded course.It is also provide better knowledge of company and also good opportunity in job or company.
