go get a job ,it will seriously take you out of the college environment .work at least for a quarter to get in view of how you stand and what you lack in.

Actualy there is no further courses is required ,you can directly apply for jobs.Infosys,wipro are recruting freshers.If your score is consistent in all acedemic year you can apply for that.Eventhough you are interested do VLSI or embeded courses.These are good for electronic engineers.

P.S: I have answered your other questions which i believe should have solved your queries. You would have have many options to apply to in Canada as Canadian Universities require you to have a 4 year undergraduate degree or its equivalent. Kindly look for universities in UK, Europe and Canada.

First clear your course,then cocentrate on other courses

minimum 50% marks with english in 12th. u need to clear the entrance exam depending on the institute
