Kendriya Vishwavidyalaya, as their promoters say , provides distance learning programmes for all sections of the society. The organisation aims to remove the barriers to quality education, whatever it may be. Be it financial constraints, or simply lack of time, the organisation provides the students or the professional looking to upgrade his skills with easy solutions to pursue the course of their choice. The university has been formed under the relevant legislation of the state of Tamil Nadu and the initiative to spread the light of education among the weaker sections of the population is growing from strength to strength. Kendriya Vishwavidyalaya claims to have study centres in India, Singapore, Canada and UAE. They calaim to have themselves accrediated by International Accreditation Organization(IAO), Accreditation Commission for Certifications(ACC) and British Accreditation Council(BAC), but they have not made claims like, they are approved by AICTE, UGC or DEC. It seems that Kendriya Vishwavidyalaya runs in an autonomous manner conducting Post and Under graduation as well as Diploma programmes in Engineering, Medical and Management streams of 1 year, 2 years and 3 years duration.

*General Eligibility Criteria:-
Aspirants who have done their BCA, BBA or B.Tech can apply for the MCA course. Students who have finished their graduation in science can also apply. These students must have studied Mathematics as a subject in class 10+2. There is no age limit regarding the admission to this course.
*Academic Eligibility Criteria:-
Students who would like to join the MCA course must have a pass in graduation with more than 60 percent marks.
You also need to write an entrance exam as to get admission into the MCA course.
