Dear Sree, GRE & TOEFL are two different exams.
GRE access your knowledge of graduation level in the field you are applying for MS, that is mechanical in your case.on other hand TOEFL is to test your communication skill in English language verbal & written which is essential as all programs are taught in English language in US so it require sound proficiency in English to understand and grasp the knowledge delivered in classrooms.
GRE score requirement differ from university to university, so you need to apply to universities and see which one accepts it.
